Nanuk stops walking, looking longingly at the hive. Honey would be quite useful in many ways ... But she didn't have anything to soothe the bees with. If she got attacked, it would only mean more pinecones spent healing herself. And who knows what outcome fighting the rat king might have. She decided to pocket the location of this hive in her mind. She would come back later, perhaps. Talk to someone about how to safely harvest the golden goodness inside. Nanuk continues walking along the cobblestone path. |

Nanuk You think better of trying to harvest honey without a way to distract the bees and continue along the copplestone paths. Luckily for you, the path of fur and scurry marks seems to pick back up as you go. Nanuk sighs heavily as the fur and scurry marks veer off into the woods. Great. It was almost definitely her target's trail, but it was going to the place she really didn't want to go. She thought about the game trail for a moment, and archived its location in her mind. Trying to chase after something with her sword was going to be fruitless, but once she had her paws on a bow, this might prove very useful in the future. Nanuk follows the scurry trail. |

Nanuk You decide to follow the scurry trail, attempting to stay on track. You follow it through the red grass for a long while, before coming to a small gully where it looks like the rat may have fallen. You jump down to investigate, when suddenly a flash of pain sends shocks up your leg. You've stepped on a Thorn! -1 HP You wince and stop for a moment to pull it from your paw before continuing on. The scurry trail is more obvious now, a small bloodtrail joining it.It seems the Critters found the same thornbush.
