I have 10 on swamp and 10 on forest but it says 19 levels in all |

A screenshot isn't needed.
The level amount on your den page is your fully completed level amount, it doesn't count partly completed levels. As you haven't fully completed level 10 in both terrains, you haven't finished a total of 20 levels yet, making it 19 levels completed Once you fully complete level 10 in both the swamp and the forest, it'll say you have 20 territory levels. |

You just said you didn't fully complete level ten in both the swamp and the forest? And now you are saying you have?
If the highest level shows as 10 on the explore page, that means you have reached level ten, but you're still on level ten and haven't completed it.
If both the swamp and the forest say you're on level 11, that means you have fully completed level 10 in both, and it should say you've completed an overall of 20 entire levels. If that's the case, please post a screenshot. Otherwise you need to fully complete level 10 in both places, leveling up to where it says you've reached level 11 in both the forest and the swamp. |

Ok I'm confused here is my screen shot- http://i65.tinypic.com/35bzf2s.jpg So no I'm not on 11 but it says 19 I don't think 9+9=19 that's why I think it's a bug |

It's not a bug, you're on those levels but haven't completed them.
You need to complete level 10 swamp to progress to level 1 jungle.
