So I have two questions
1) If I wanted to start doing commissions what category would it go in, in threads?
2) Can I do commissions with lineart from DA? With credits of course! |

You would go to Artwork > Art shop
And you should ask the people who would be the owners of the lineart, as not all base artists allow commission work unless it's adoptables, because it can be seen as false advertising with their artwork. |
