You can go to Marketplace and then to Bidoo's Bone Shop. You can buy stuff with bones there.

Bones are a currency form gained through retiring wolves and killing mythical creatures.
For every wolf retired, you receive one bone.

You can spend bones under Realm > Marketplace > Bidoo's Bone Shop. There you can buy items with the bones you have.

You can not necessarily "trade" bones for anything but there are auctions for bones in which you can bid on bones to buy them from other players. :)
