I have an RP idea involving witches, werewolves, humans, and vampires

It'll be mafia-themed and dark fantasy

So, there would be a walled and ringed city that's divided into four sectors for the four races, with each sector having its own mayors. As you might expect, each sector has different laws and social positions from the others. Of course, the four races got beef with each other and normally stick to their sectors. Hell, some go as far as to make it forbidden to enter another sector.

Four prominent mafia/gangs roam the four cities and have been feuding with each other for years.

Under the city's streets lies tunnel systems that lead to an underground city, and only the mafia and a few selected populace know about it. With the underground city lies casinos, nightclubs, bars, etc. The four gangs own a piece of the underground city: the witches with the bar, vampires with the nightclub, humans with the casino, and the werewolves an arena of sorts. The four gangs keep sparking the fire with each other, as in their eyes, it brings profit and power.

However, the younger generation is getting tired of the conflict and formed a gang of their own, this time having the four races together in unity. Still, it's not without conflict either regarding who becomes the leader.
