Ok so im not sure this is allowed or not.

So i was browsing an app called pixel art

and then i saw a wolfplay base on it It says you can color and alter these bases, but they belong to eve soo...

Is this allowed?

Thanks, but i was hoping Six bears would reply for full clarification, (No offence mods) since theres nothing about this is the coloring base rules, but it says you can alter these bases on Pixil art, but not on wolfplay

Is this allowed?

The rules regarding these images say you're not allowed to edit the lineart. I would suggest letting a mod know about this and providing more screenshots/evidence.
