Shrews are small mole-like mammals usually no bigger than a small mouse with a long pointed snout and tiny eyes. There vision is so bad they are practically blind but can detect light and remain under the dirt for most of their life only coming out to forage every so often. They're solitairy, extremely territorial and aggressive against other shrews, animals and even people. Some species of shrews are the only known terrestrial mammals with the ability to echolocate. They stuff cheeks insects, earthworms, centipedes, millipedes, snails, mollusks, frogs and carrion, and they drink water freely. Least shrews build nests of dried grass or leaves, either underground or benstuff cheeksh logs, stumps or debris.Common shrews are tricoloured: dark brown on the back, pale brown at the sides and whitish undernstuff cheeksh, nestse velvety fur, with a long pointed nose, tiny eyes, small ears and red teeth. |

Name-Silentstalker role-coyote age-4? Not sure how animal ages work descrption- a sandy brown fur with a slightly eggnog colored underside. Dark brown eyes and a large bushy tail. Some mud like streaks crisscross over their fur. (Like a cross between brindle and tabby cat marks) I'll do art later personality- likes to keep to themself, rarely likes to commune with other animals and territorial. Is a risk taker. Willing to do anything to reach his goal. other-a shrew is like a short fat weasel |
