Cool. Imposing. Unfairly attractive for someone so vicious. Pitifully pale is this man who stands at a not-so-pitiful height of little more than 190 centimeters. Regarded as pale as his complexion is Ike’s shorter, wavy ice blonde hair, just as rebellious and visually flattering as the rest of the man. His downturned eyes give the false impression of a laid-back individual. The lack of crow lines and sheer intensity of his steel blue stares suggest otherwise. True masculine appeal is etched into his well-chiseled features, defined sculpting, and unblemished being by so much as a freckle. Ike’s frame is lean, entirely misleading to the sheer strength coiled beneath toned, iron-solid muscle that is disguised beneath clothing. Scarring exists sporadically but unremarkably. The only remarkable thing about them at all is if anyone were capable of finding and tracing the white lines that echo past injury. He can’t be bothered with the ornaments of jewelry or ink and could be presumptively mistaken for simple based on how plainly he keeps his wardrobe. It can’t be said that what he chooses to wear and how he holds himself isn’t practical, however, and that is entirely purposeful.

The popular consensus regarding Ike would be that he is alone among his own complex species. Or worse, an imposter among human beings. There is no subtlety in how he presents himself to the world and yet he, both in action and as a person, is nearly impossible to comprehend. Indifferently violent, disturbingly detached from empathy for others, unsettingly unpredictable in mood, and an extreme twisted concept of hedonism are the most notable umbrella traits he's associated with. It could be reassuring to think his behavior and nature were born from grave misfortune or gross mistreatment but the reality is that Ike was born with a diamond spoon in his mouth. It would be rather that Ike never truly learned accountability in his privileged estate where the messes following his tantrums and increasingly concerning behavior were cleaned up for him and the 'consequences' were light if any. The culture of varying elitists he was raised around was no greater influence. From the array of polished masks paraded to hide sinister intentions to the cutthroat charisma that ensures one's place in high society, they were terrible teachers to a naturally beastly child. Does he have any redeeming qualities? Well, he's never had a reason to be any different than how he is. Ike is aware that the majority of what he does is socially, morally, and generally unacceptable. However, he doesn't objectively see why he would be considered a bad person. In fact he doesn't really rationally or objectively understand that the things he does are wrong.
It's not to say he isn't incredibly charming. Tempting even to those who fancy unobtainable things in life. He can be a lax conversationalist and a figure capable of carrying on talks both deep and superficial. Although he has a tendency to speak in selective truths and leaves the rest for his company to assume. Some mistake Ike as someone who can be grown close to over time but the reality is that the kindest he tends to perceive people, even after years-long association, are strangers that he has no attachment to. But it's overwhelmingly better to be a stranger than a source of annoyance to this man. Regardless it's widely established among his family and other unfortunate souls in his more immediate circle that the day he bothers to consider another human being's thoughts and feelings, let alone grow any form of attachment to someone, is surely the day hell freezes over.

For a man atop such a coveted throne in a booming technological industry, Anders is far too friendly and optimistic for his own good. Constantly surrounded by company, so much so that his own home is more of a hotel than a house, he is an amiable man who could be easily underestimated as a true genius. For all of his warmth he does consistently view the world through a PR-styled lens. When it comes to Ike it could be said that Anders is the man who primarily raised him, loved him, cleaned up after him, and continues to view his brother as more of a petulant child to be looked after than someone who has grown into a man who has committed horrific acts without reprimand. Anders is also regarded as a unique elitist, not as vicious as the class he belongs to but also a man with very expensive taste when it comes to collecting and surrounding himself with rare items of the arts and various artifacts. He deals in both legitimate and black market deals in the art world as well which tends to place more trouble on his plate than he already has from time to time.
Dorian Lavoie - 20 y/o - Younger Brother
Arrogant without the wit to throw his weight around impressively. Having made an enemy of Ike some years ago, Anders had flown Dorian out to the United States to attempt to delay any intentions and opportunity Ike could have to murder their dear brother. While Dorian is a mouthy aggravator he still has yet to step foot back onto the continent of Europe and has no plans, future or immediate, to.
Raycarlton & Alva Lavoie - 64 y/o - Father & Mother
Retired after Anders grew more competent than the two of them combined to shoulder their share of the tech company and moved to a tropical island somewhere off the coast of Africa. Ike has no sentiment toward them, not that he does with anyone, but he has no reason to loathe them either. While the family never gathers all in one place anymore they do occasionally send postcards and letters to Anders considering he is the only one who responds to them or makes any effort to contact them.
Hugh Suttner - 45 y/o - Family Friend
Closest to Anders and the partner to the tech conglomerate L&S (Lavoie-Suttner), he would most closely be considered an uncle if Ike had an ability to perceive people as family.
