With all the pups my pack breeds I'm frequently sorting through pups while more are coming in. Interestingly, the pups appear just before the labor alert (which is really a birth notification). And for that first minute or so they each show up as rarity score: 0, generation: 0.... before their actual stats have time to load and the labor alert comes through.

You can either be patient and wait, you'll automatically win if they don't move for 15 minutes.

Or, you can send them a friendly message reminding them that it's their turn.

It's possible they just went offline.
