They are used to let your wolf breed again after their maximum amount of breedings has already been reached

Resetting a Wolf's breeding count.

So if a male has been breed 3 times already this season, for example, if a jasmine is used on it is can be bred 3 more times this season.

Or if a females been bred this year, if a jasmine is used on her she can breed once more this year
