Andy, you could put it into view>den card explore or den card stats then just under it at the top it'll tell you how many wolves you have. Then scrolling down to the very bottom it'll tell you how many slots are open

Female wolves go into labor after 80-96 hours of pregnancy. Labor will last 2-5 hours until the pups arrive. If you want to skip labor, then you can use a toucan feather.

There is not a limit to the amount of wolves that can go into labor. ^^

Yes, you just wait. However, if you wish you can give the female in labour a Toucan Feather (obtained by chasing off the birdwatcher in the Jungle or from other players' Market Dens) to make her have her pups immediately. :)
