Every time I try to update my pack bio, once I hit submit, it takes me to a blank white page with a # symbol.

Its probably coding that is messing with your post. To fix it, simply remove all coding and re-submit it. Copy and pasting / using text codes (Bold, Underline e.c.t) can also cause it to divert.
