Hello everyone <3 Myrtle and Dr. Harrow are up for pre-existing relations ^^ Particularly with the other higher up positions due to their roles :p May be adding a follower/civilian in the future though so keep an eye out! |

Harrow is with the outsider group, but before he left he could have treated Cain before. I doubt there's access to major medications like anti-anxieties etc. But he could have been monitoring Cain's physical health regularly due to their sleep issues. |

Given that Charlotte took over Dr. Harrow's role as the medical professional of the city (if I'm remembering correctly that that was his original role, correct me if I'm wrong), I think its likely the two would know each other in some capacity/had some kind of connection before Harrow left. Thoughts? |
