Personality:
Vai is known for being quippy, blunt and sarcastic. His cool demeanor is often laced with a hint of malice, which puts him off as a tad more evil than he really is. Vai grew up in a world that essentially did him dirty, and he takes pleasure in worming himself around galactic laws.
Appearance:
Vai has never been extremely taken with his height. Standing at only 5'8 he's shorter than the average male. Visually, Vai also didn't hit the jackpot for his looks. Maybe for peculiarities though. Which doesn't help him any since he's so easily distinguishable. Vai is fairly pale, he would probably tan if he spent enough time outside in the prime of the day. His hair is naturally stark white, style with a middle part and an undercut. He often dyes it when going onto high military base planets. Vai also has heterochromia, his left eye is a solid grey, while the right is a startling blue. His eyes are sensitive though, so he likes to wear sunglasses a lot, which help to hide him as well.
A light dusting of dark hued freckles are sprinkled across his cheeks and nose, but the rest of his skin is devoid of the markings. He has various scars from lazers, bullets, swords, he doesn't discriminate. The most noticeable is across his left hand. A pair of twin scars go horizontally over his fingers and an inch lower. The skin has long since healed, but the white/pink keloid won't leave.
Vai is lean, a runner's build mostly. Slim, with slightly visible muscle. His ability to run outweighs his strength anyday though. While he is trying to improve, in a scuffle without knives or guns, he's probably going to lose. Hand to hand was never his forte anyways.

Wanted for various crimes of different caliber, Vai has found himself in tough situations often. He's a slimy little bastard, tricking his way out of close calls and fighting off attackers. To him, a part of his escape is all about luck, he barely has half of a plan devised when shit hits the fan. What hunters may think is precise planning, is actually raw talent and a whole lot of luck.
