Character A and Character B went to the same magical school years ago - though they were in different programs, and complete opposites, the two certainly knew the other existed. A twisted game of fate has brought them back to the school, where mysterious disappearances and murders have began in volume. With their combined efforts, the two must find a way to locate and stop the terror of Character C, who is behind everything.

Throughout, their dragons have their own political issues arising. They must figure out how to get along with one another, find the culprit, and prevent the murders.
