Alaskan Moose-- Save it to your computer first. You can right-click and select "Save Image As". Then head to your account page (Pack > Account) and scroll until you find the place to set your avatar.

It should work... I'm not very confident in my tablet using abilities though. It should be similar. Press and hold the image to view the save menu.
