Flame | F | Elder | SFP | M: Anya Flame listened to Alha tell her story before smiling. Yep, Shadow could be like a soft little kitten sometimes. Not much of a mama bear than a grizzly though. Alha finished before Anya got up to leave. As the young female moved, an odd scent rolled off her. Flame moved her head to breathe it in deeply before getting up herself. Making sure not to disturb Shadow, she grabbed some soft moss before going over to Anya. "Follow me dear. It's too cold to stay outside for now." Flame said, guiding the female over to a small den that was forgotten in the corner of camp. They got rained on a little bit but made it to the shelter before poured on.
Flame laid the moss down and instructed, "Lay down. Your pup is coming faster than you might have expected. I'll get you some water afterwards." Flame said, sitting down. Pups, she hadn't smelled it on the female earlier although she was more distracted with other things. And the smell of fish did stink up camp sometimes. Ah well, at least the young one wouldn't be alone. |

River | F | Hunter | Raven Pack | M: Killjoy, Sundown, Illusion River ran through the woods, entering the camp just as the rain began. Ugh, as much as she liked swimming, she hated thunderstorms. She shook off her pelt before dropping her prey at the prey pile. She walked over to the overhang where she could dry off a bit. The queens were keeping the pups in the dens and she could hear the apprentices in the elder's den, listening to stories like pups. She laid down, flicking an ear over at Night who had taken cover at his den.
Sundown was the first who saw them. She saw him bristle before slinking over to Night. She turned to see Killjoy and Illusion. Illusion was headed towards Night and Killjoy had come over to sit next to her. She smiled over at him, "I'm doing well. Trying to stay dry at least." She eyed his wet coat before giggling, "You look like you decided to jump off a waterfall." She giggled some more before flicking an ear over at Night, "How have you been? And what brings you here?"
Night | M | Alpha | Raven Pack | M: Killjoy, Sundown, Illusion Night heard the lightning, and quickly took cover under the rock where his den was. Shaking off the water from the previous sprinkle, he sat down to look out. He saw a small white form dart in and then into a den and smiled. Good to know that one got out hunting. He sighed before seeing two forms come out of the rain. Sundown was bristling and slunk over behind him. Right, the pack didn't know much about the endeavor a little over a year he went on with Killjoy.
Killjoy headed over to River which was a little expected but Night hid his smile as Illusion came over to him. He wasn't the most friendliest towards the male still but Killjoy had accepted him into his pack so he would learn to deal with it. At the mention of a question, he raised his head to look over at Killjoy. "The question is important enough to come in the rain?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. |

"I feel like I dove right off a waterfull." "The question is important enough to come in the rain?" Night asked, raising an eyebrow. "Well. When we left it was dry." He called back, laughing. He stood up, and walked towards them. Once he reach where they were sheltered he sat down. "I just wanted to ask how the winters are around here. I've never spent one here. I imagine that they can be rough. What should we do to prepare for it?" His eyebrows were knitted. |

Anya|f|SFP|M: Her pack, her pup and Alha . . . Anya licked her newly born buddle of fur. Her baby was truely beatiful, then again all mothers probably said that. She looked up at flame who had helped her with a tear of joy in her eye. "Thank you, for helping me. Ill never be able to repay you." Anya paused a bit before speaking up again. "Thanks to you i have a place to call home, wolves to call friends," Anya said that part looking over at Shadow. She then began again, "And dogs and foxes to call friends too," she laughed as she thought of Icicle and Alha. "And lastly a pup to call my own, plus a full belly." She then turned to her pup and licked her again. Still looking at her pup she asked, "What should i name her?" |

Night | M | Alpha | Raven Pack | M: Killjoy, Illusion, Sundown Night gave a small smile to Killjoy as he came over to join them. At the question, Night closed his eyes before looking at Killjoy. "The mountain winters are rougher than down in the forest. Normally, I would take the pack to our winter hunting grounds, following the deer herds. The last few winters, the deer got less and less until they disappeared all together to the grounds. This year, I wasn't going to take them over there due to late pups and the journey." Night started, nodding over to where a few pups were hopping in puddles.
"The winters here are equally rough though. Most of the prey head down to the forest to take cover from avalanches and the bitter cold up here. You need to stock up on the food pile as winter comes Alpha Killjoy. That river that cuts through our territories? I believe if we could keep a good sized hole in the ice there if it does ice over, we will have a good source of fish." Night said, flicking an ear. He paused for a moment before saying, "Fortify your dens as well. There have been quite a few avalanches on both sides of the mountains so dens should be fortified better to keep out the snow. If it gets too bad, I usually move my pack to the base of the mountain."
Night stopped, letting the male take that all in before finishing, "A herd of deer normally stay in the dip, sheltered by the ravine. If we can make them last until Spring before letting them breed out again, we might have a better chance at surviving this winter." He looked back at Sundown who was still behind him before turning back to face Illusion and Killjoy. |

Flame | F | Elder | M: Anya, Pup Flame smiled down at where she could hear the pup squeaking. It had been quite a while since they had pups in the pack. Flame licked Anya's head, "You did most of the work. The name is up to you. What comes to mind when you look at her?" Flame said gently, tilting her head towards the den. She knew the foxes would be back in no time and Icicle would be delighted for a pup to protect. Whether or not Frost admitted it, she knew he would be pleased as well. |

Anya|f|SFP|M: Flame, her pup Anya smiled as flame licked her head. She then looked down at her pup, thinking hard about what to name her. After a couple minutes she looked up at flame. "I will name her Brielle. Brielle is a beautiful name, just like her." After Anya had said that her pup began drinking Anyas milk. Anya smiled and licked her pup. Brielle made a little noise as her mom licked her but then went back to drinking her moms milk. After a while Brielle fell asleep, curled up by Anya's stomach. . Anya pulled her pup closer, to make sure she was warm then looked up at flame and said quietly, "What am i to do now? Just sleep with her all the time? Sit here all day? She cant walk and run like i can, all she will do is sleep. I remember my older brother complaining that when i was younger i always slept and kept mother away from him. I dont want to be stuck inside! And what about my lessons with you, Shadow, Icicle and Frost?!" At the end of Anya's little speach her voice had risen from quiet to a bit loud, making Brielle wiggle. Anya sighed and clamed down before licking Brielle and making her fall back asleep. |

Flame | F | Elder | M: Anya, Brielle Flame chuckled as Anya became motherly and loud before calmly down. "You will stay with your pup for the night. Once Icicle returns, she will care for your pup when your away for lessons. I'll make sure they give you breaks so you can come back to feed Brielle. Tonight, you rest. You must be exhausted from giving birth. We can start our lessons tomorrow night." Flame said quietly, watching the pup fall back to sleep. |

Anya|f|SFP|M: Flame, her pup Anya nodded slowly as Flame told her what would be best to do. After flame and had finished Anya realised how tired she really was. "Ok, good plan," Anya said with a yawn. She wasnt sure about leaving her pup with a, a fox, but she knew Icicle would take good care of her pup, but still, something in Anyas heart cried 'no!' Maybe it was her instincts, maybe her realitives warning her, and maybe just her feelings but whatever it was, Anya would think about it tomorrow, she was to tired to think about it now. Anya yawned once more before protectively wraping her self around Brielle, and fell asleep |

Icicle | F | Fox | SFP | M: Makena, Anya(ind) Icicle giggled before leading the way to the meadow. She dodged a few of her traps and scampered up and down the trees in a gleeful game of chase. When she made it to the meadow, her ears dropped as there was no hunters in sight. "I thought they would be out by now. Perfect day to hunt pheasants." Icicle grumbled, venturing a bit farther into the meadow. Coming up empty, she huffed before hearing thunder rumble above her. She looked up as the first droplets dropped on her nose. "Uh oh. Not getting wet, nope!" Icicle growled.
She hated rain. Hated it, hated it, hated it. She didn't like water very much either. Drinking, fine. Swimming, never. "Let's go Makena!" She yipped before sprinting through the forest. By the time she got back to camp, it was a downpour. She shot like a missile into the cave before shaking off over Alha and Shadow. Shadow opened a eye with a growl, saw it was her, and promptly fell back to sleep. Alha, however, huffed at her before flattening her ears. Nope, they didn't get along very well. Icicle looked around before saying, "Where's Anya and Flame?" |
