Ok, so what box breathing is, is breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, out for 4 seconds hold for 4 seconds. Repeat as needed. I would like you to ask to go to the bathroom and try box breathing on your way there. Then you get there, get a paper towel of possible and run it under cold water. Place that on your face and the back of your neck. That should help

Yes there is.

You should be able to follow the same steps as you would putting an image in a forum post / bio

As long as the image has proper credits / acceptable hosting site and correct url link, it should show up and be fine.
