Your style is adorable and has a lot of potential to get even better :o
My main thoughts are to work on eyes. Unfortunately i'm horrid at art and need to work on them myself so i cannot give tips on how to do so. Also maybe make the foreheads less sharp? |

<div style="text-align: center;">Perhaps you could work on your proportion and anatomy more? On your full body ref sheet I noticed that the head is a little bit bigger than it should be, typically 2 heads should fit on where the body would be, if you know what I mean ^^. <div style="text-align: center;">
<div style="text-align: center;">Something I think you should also do is go into more complex shading, instead of just plain old cell shading. Or you could do complex cell shading :000
