It's hard to determine a price based on one art piece.

For only a headshot like that, probably around an apple.

But I also don't like horse art so I may be off. :)

For a headshot like that, I would say 3 apples! But like Bea Artem said, you can't exactly be sure of the price with only one example. Great artwork by the way!
