They're elephant dung used on iems in market dens of people. It's a new item dropped by Elephants.

Basically if you click Buy, then 100% of the money goes to the person who owns the market den. There isn't a 10% sales commission by the Game like there is normally if you see one of those elephant dung things on an item in a market den
