What should you do if someone has copy & pasted a biography that is not their own and used it as their own?

Not sure what the rules are concerning this but it does bug me seeing it, especially with my business partner's bio being copied. ^^'

It's not just things like defect guides, either. It was a "battle wolf bazaar" my business partner and I made together, and I have found someone who copy and pasted it.
