A couple questions, 1. If I created a second account using the same email but a different WiFi would it still be linked? 2. does it make a difference if you use cell data instead of WiFi? 3. what if I created one with same WiFi but different email, would that be linked too? |

1. Yes. They'd still be counted as linked 2. Yes, but again, it'd still be counted as linked 3. They'd be linked as well
If you're trying to find a way to get around the linked account trade block, I recommend you stop trying.
Off accounts still have to follow the rules, you aren't excused from them just because you make your accounts under different wifi. You'll still get in trouble if you transfer things between these accounts |

There isn't a way of getting around it, if you are trying to, unless you plan to clone yourself. For example, whenever me and my friend want to buy each other's wolves, we have to wait until we go back to our own houses. As when in the same place/area we cannot buy each others wolves.
