My Alpha Female's pack affinity has changed from ok to bad.

why has this happened and am i able to change it back?

You most likely bought some new wolves that she doesn't like. You'd either have to get rid of those wolves, get rid of your AF, or purchase a Make Friends in Realm > Barter > Apples.
