Ok, so what box breathing is, is breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, out for 4 seconds hold for 4 seconds. Repeat as needed. I would like you to ask to go to the bathroom and try box breathing on your way there. Then you get there, get a paper towel of possible and run it under cold water. Place that on your face and the back of your neck. That should help

Nate heard the King and Queen once he was close to their room he pushes the door open with his nose, still had Luna in his jaw's. "Your Highness, Majesty. Here is Luna I found her outside luckily I was able to get her before those wolves did." He said through his teeth he knew that was rude to speak to the King and Queen but Luna was like a wiggle worm.
