Andrés has a very masculine build, while also being able to appear quite feminine whenever he puts in the effort to appear so. His concept of gender, masculinity, and femininity tends to be more free-willed than others due to his past, especially surrounding his personal identity and his acting career where he’d often play both boys and girls on the stage. He has mostly Venezuelan and Mexican heritage, but his grandfather was French.
He has a very recognizable face, paired with his easy-to-spot black and white hair (caused by Poliosis), and cool lavender-brown eyes, he's not someone to be forgotten easily. Large clawed scars tear across his face and forehead, with a similar scar on his chest, and an even bigger one ripping through his hip. His left foot has a deep burn ingrained into it. There is a slight chunk taken out of his shoulder, his left ear, and another on his hip, where bullets have grazed him. The only real scar he has from any bullet is on his left leg, where one struck him but didn’t go the whole way through. Any other scars littering his light brown skin are more than likely the cause of getting into knife fights.
De Santa’s haircut changes a lot, and though he keeps his hair short most of the time, sometimes it is longer. Normally whenever he goes to town he’ll use coffee or black tea to dye the white patches in his hair to make them darker, so he blends in better with crowds. Whenever on robberies he is more likely to wear a wig, to hide his true hair color and keep his appearance constantly changing so the law is always thrown off.
His clothes vary depending on what he's doing, but the majority of his shirts are cotton and plaid patterned. Around camp, he’ll normally be seen wearing his old satin shirt, and if it’s cold or snowing he’ll have a poncho on over it. De Santa has always had a large collection of outfits, particularly for when he’d go on jobs as a certain person or with a certain backstory. Occasionally he can be seen in a dress, but he is most comfortable in pants and shirts. His main accessories include his belt, fitted with a scuffed-up custom-made buckle that is a symbol of his ex-gang, showing the outline of a leaping rabbit with the words ‘U.S. Rabbit 1862’ on it, two rings, one gold and one silver, an old pale green bandana, and his hat, made from black leather with an Eastern Diamondback Rattlesnake skin fitted around it. He always carries a revolver and a rifle with him, his preferred weapons being his 1860 Colt Army Revolver and his 1860 Spencer Repeating Rifle, which were both gifts from an older gentleman, who was a father figure to him, riding with his old gang, who had left momentarily to fight in the Civil War, before returning afterward with whatever he could bring back. He’s had both guns for years and is severely protective of them.

Long Ver.
Andrés is strange, in a way that he can be so two-faced that some people aren’t able to tell what he's really like. He's an actor, through and through, and keen to use his skills as a means of survival, no matter the cost. Even if it means losing who he really is. On one hand, he’s respectable, calm, collected, and maybe a bit extravagant. Get him riled up though and you’ve never met a crazier bastard. He can be quite revenge-hungry and holds grudges, bad, not believing people can change their ways once they’ve gone down a certain path. Luci can be quite hypocritical, but he's too stubborn to admit when he's going against his own words. He normally seems very self-aware though, so nobody can tell if he knows exactly what he’s saying or not.
-
Appearance is very important to him, physically and mentally. Physically, Andrés can get so caught up in what he looks like sometimes that it makes him appear self-absorbed, but he tells himself he maintains himself for the people around him, in order to keep up his dashing, pretty-boy act that has kept him alive for so long. Mentally, Andrés is secretly always holding on by a thread, having to deal with seemingly random spouts of aggression, jealousy, and self-loathing. He’s a bit of a mess, and while he’s normally very open about his feelings and past, he’d rather everyone else not know that about him.
-
When it comes to romance, Andrés has always been a hopeless romantic, though he hates to admit it due to his pride. No matter how much he loves telling stories, discussing his past relationships has never gone too well. He chooses to try and stay hopeful that someday he’ll find somebody to actually care for, who cares for him back, and that they’ll live comfortably together. He seems more drawn to women romantically than men, but he's never cared.

Strengths:
-
Great Actor- Andrés is a liar, a well-taught, charming liar. First working as a Thespian at the age of 14, his only passion at the time was the stage he sang and acted on for those years. When he joined his first gang, the first people he had made friends with were both con artists and he learned everything he could from them. He can be a flirtatious saloon girl, a tired prospector traveling home from Nevada, a confident salesman trying to sell a miracle cure, or whatever else he needs to be to get what he wants.
-
Physically Strong- Andrés has been building himself up for years, going from a scrawny kid to the hunk he is today. Getting beat and thrown around by a certain ex-gang-mate for as long as he allowed was a good enough motivator for him to start working out, and it paid off. Years of bar fights and mercenary work have given him plenty of experience with hand-to-hand combat too. He loves brawling a lot more than he loves shooting and knows himself as capable.
-
Understanding- No matter how stubborn and cold Andrés can be, he can care quite a lot. De Santa constantly refers to himself as a bad person, and he is, but that has never shied him away from giving genuinely good advice to others, normally in hopes they’ll turn out better than him. Sitting down to get a few drinks or just listening to someone ramble are things he won’t usually say no to.
-
Weaknesses:
-
Stubborn- Andrés doesn’t like taking orders and because of this he’ll only listen to specific people. If you are not someone who's been put in charge (and accepted as in charge by him) then he feels no need to listen to what you tell him and he’ll just wander off to do whatever he thinks is best.
-
Kind of Insane Sometimes- Andrés can be quite… short-fused, in a way, especially when he's drunk. He can seem all friendly and talkative, but a single insult or mention of a topic he doesn’t like speaking of can put him in a bit of a frenzy. Any small mistake, on his part or others, can set him off on a tangent. He can have difficulty suppressing his rage, but he can normally get a grip once he's given some space to think and ramble. Though upon getting riled up enough he might yell, scream, and break things.
-
Horrible With Animals- He’s never had luck with animals, really at all. Cats and goats are about the only kinds that can stand to be around him. He’s never been good with dogs, or even horses, and wild animals seem to love targeting him especially. He’s been attacked at least once by a cougar, bear, snake, wolves, and whatever the hell else is lurking in the woods (though maybe not entirely accidentally unprovoked). De Santa avoids interactions with random animals as much as possible, for fear that one day he’ll finally get mauled to death.

Comrade, a 7 year-old American Standardbred mare with a dark black coat and dark eyes.
Andrés had a hard time getting Comrade trained at first, but eventually the mare became tame enough and allowed Andrés to ride her. She still holds a fire in her though, with a short temper and a demeanor that drips with enough pride to put any royalty to shame.
