Yes, you can breed a wolf with the Infatuation boost anytime. You have to wait until the next wolf party event for a first generation one, though

Wow, that looks pretty good! But just be aware of the anatomy of water ripples; with every ripple that goes out, the bigger it will be compared to the inner rings!
