🐖 It's exactly what it sounds like lmao Summer time means movie time ✨ I'm specifically looking into watching more thriller, action, maybe horror, and general apocalypse vibes, because I have watched like a hundred separate clips of things. Unless it has an x next to it, you can assume I've enjoyed. It doesn't even have to generally be a 'good' movie, I'm not a critic lmao. I do have a particular affinity to natural disaster stuff. 🫶 Anyway yeah, drop suggestions below! Stuff I have watched so far •Bird Box (2018) •Bird Box Barcelona (2023) •Twisters (2024) •Longlegs (2024) ❌ Stuff I am going to watch •A Quiet Place (2018, 2020, 2024) •2012 (2009) •Geostorm (2017) •Cloverfield (2008) •San Andreas (2015) •The Impossible (2012) •The Day After Tomorrow (2004) •Daylight (1996) •Greenland (2020) Stuff I am in the middle of watching •How It Ends (2018) •Leave the World Behind (2023) Edited at June 1, 2025 12:48 AM by Wilverbeast

Annihilation! Only horror movie I've ever watched and I think it's underrated :0 I will not be watching it again but it was very cool!! It's kinda horror/sci-fi ish. All in all weird movie but has some VERY cool design in it. Edited at June 1, 2025 03:26 PM by Eternity

The Road (2009)! It's a slow movie but the constant gray skies and sense of helplessness in the face of a climate apocalypse is so tangible you can almost sink your teeth into it.

Oh, that reminds me of No Country For Old Men (2007). It's based on a book by Cormac McCarthy, the same author as The Road (which the 2009 movie is based on), but it's more of a "Neo-western crime thriller" (according to Google). It has one of my favorite antagonists of all time. Edited at June 1, 2025 10:29 PM by Red River Wolves
