Yes, you can breed a wolf with the Infatuation boost anytime. You have to wait until the next wolf party event for a first generation one, though

It says 'Do not sell these images'

It could mean a range of things, from 'Do not sell for real money' or 'Do not sell for game currencies' or just 'Do not sell at all'
