I decided to go with a different lineart since the adult wolf lineart wasn't wanting to import to my canvas app I decided to go with this one.

How does the wolf look I mean I know I need to work on my background skills a bit and I just wanna know about the wolf

For grass I would recommend Eternity's tutorial. I can find it and post here for you.
Although you can do internet searh for "digital tutorials" and you'll find plenty of good advices, step by step of different skill level-meaning there are simpler and more advanced stuff, you can pick what you want to tackle that way ^^
