Well first make sure to put pricing lowest to highest.
Dont search for popular boosts like DH, UL, or defects like chilies,vitis, melas because they will increase the price.
Rarities higher than 45 also start getting expensive, especially if they are AC(all common, meaning common eyes,coat etc.)
talents higher than 20ish I would say get pricey.
It it really depends on your budget and what you like in wolves. I would say play around a bit with the trading post before buying the Wolf, in order to get a feeling of how the market is.
