Am I missing something, or does my territory level not add up?

Every territory beside the forest basically count for one less level than it shows you have as those territories only add up for levels you fully completed.

The level it shows you're on hasn't been fully completed yet, so it doesn't add those levels to your amount of overall completed levels

So basically you've fully completed 45 levels in the forest, 24 in the swamp, 69 in the jungle, 24 in the desert, 29 in the mountains and 29 in the tundra which equals out to 220 fully completed overall levels
