Plot Children have been disappearing for a while now. The location is only known to them and the scientists who are studying them. The scientists are working to create super-intelligent wolves as army weapons. But these wolves are human beings, and they're attempting to flee. Will they manage to get out before it's too late? And what will they do next if they do? |

Hi hi :D Rules (You should be used to seeing these by now right?) 1) Follow the RP rules set out by Eve/SixBears. Hopefully that's self-explanatory. 2) Be active, as long as life permits you to. I'm expecting maybe a minimum of two posts a week? If you can't be on, please say so in the discussion. It'll be fine :D 3) Semi-literate, maybe at least 100 words per post? If you can't make that because you're interacting with another melon character, that's fine. However, for the majority of this we're looking at around 100. 4) Standard of no Gary/Mary Sues in characters. What word did I hide in the rules? Hide it in the personality section of your character, not in Other. Everyone has a weakness, your character is not any different. 5) No godmodding or similar any sort. You know, the stuff that... hey, breaks rules. Hopefully, that should be standard. 6) Starting out I'm going to put a cap at three characters per person. This may change as the RP develops. 7) We know shifters aren't a real thing in real life, but... keep it slightly realistic, please. I don't want people that can shift into a T-Rex and has sledgehammers that strike people with lightning built into their arms. However, I don't mind if you do go into the fantasy genre a bit. Mythical creatures should be fine. Just don't go too overboard. 8) Read the rules then have fun! |

Name: Sky (Real name Lizzie Dudding but goes by Sky now) - Age:12 - Gender:Female - Personality: Sky is very cautious,but not afriad to fight. Sky is used to fending for herself since her parents abandoned her when she was seven. Sky is naturally good at hunting melon in her wolf form. She prefers to stay in her wolf form because she feels clumsy and out of place in her human form. Sky never went to a real school. She loves being outside and in nature. Been trapped for about 6 months. - Appearance: Wolf: Sky has a light gray pelt with white front paws. She has little white patches on her fur that resemble clouds. She is on the shorter side but is muscular, or at least she was. She has light blue eyes and black on the tips of her ears. She does still have some of her freckles on her snout but they are very light. Sky has been trapped for about 6 months

(51 inches) Since she is used to fending for herself she does have some muscles. She has some lighter birthmarks all over, mainly on her arms. She is on the paler side and has freckles on her nose and cheeks. Sky also has a single white stripe in her hair. - Strengths: -Strong -Smart -Flexible -Creative - Weaknesses: -Can be impatient -Short -Clumsy -Doesn’t work well with others - Relationships: Her parents abandoned her when she was seven. She has been fending for herself since then. She had one brother who was very sick when he was born and is seven years younger than Sky. Personality:
Having grown up in a large house in the forested outskirts of his small town, Moose, the oldest of a myriad of siblings, quickly became the adaptable, intuitive brother he is. Warm and empathetic, Moose grew into a life of treating scratches, mediating conflicts, and soothing crying children, leading to him being quite conflict avoidant and heavily loyal to his siblings, almost stepping into a protective role over them. Of course, he never thought of himself as a ‘protector,’ they’d always had parents and adults around for that, but still he was there for them and had no plans not to be. Moose strives for purpose, and he found that in his mellon siblings- whether that be teaching them to climb the great trees that shadowed their home or leading search parties for lost toys- without this sense of purpose and self Moose tends to become nervous and even borders on self isolating on occasion, which is remedied by his distain for being alone.
Appearance:
Human -
Moose’s body is built for climbing, walking, and carrying, made from years of physical activity and caretaking for his younger siblings. Falling behind the lithe and more athletic, Moose’s innate strength and stamina offer more than pure speed when it comes to travel and work. His pace is slower, gait long and deliberate yet lightened with purpose. He has a warm, amiable demenor about him, appearing mostly passive, matching his honeyed, tender tone.His hair is a deep, earthy brown, with streaks of honeyed sun that seem to appear when he spends time outside in the daylight. Messy and lightly curled, his hair rests about his shoulders and falls across his forehead, framing deep, mossen colored eyes. His skin, tanned from sun exposure, is flushed around the eyes and cheeks and dappled with sunkissed freckles across his face, shoulders, and chest. Discolorations, nicks, and scratches show as well-healed scars across his arms, legs, and torso, most gained from light hearted scuffles and adventures gone too far, yet blend in to his tanned complexion as light pinks and darker tones, giving a textured look to his already detailed complexion.
Moose’s usual wardrobe consists of earth tones- sweaters, jackets, and graphic tees on jeans, sweats, and joggers. His footwear choices consist mainly of sneakers and boots, choosing comfort and use over fashion. Moose also quite enjoys jewlery - gold especially - and has his ears pierced both lobe and double helix. Having grown up relatively lower class, though, Moose’s gold piercings and necklace are all fake, having mostly bronzed over and oxodized. Moose does also enjoy rings, but tends to lose them- as such, he usually only wears very cheap ones.
Canine (Wolf) -
Very reminiscent of his human form, Moose has a large frame and muscles built for endurance hidden behind thick, fluffy fur that lends warmth in the colder seasons. His coat is a deep earthy brown, honeyed with tones of gold and splashes of varying shades of brown. Stripes of deep coffee adorn his legs, light freckles sit beneath his eyes, and a light gradient adorns his ears adop a darker colored head. Moose’s pelt blends into the dense forests he grew up in, yet offers a warmth further than his sunkissed fur - a dense downy texture, almost velvety to the touch when kept well- appart from the sticks, petals, and leaves that seem to never fully rid themselves from his thick pelt. His green eyes are rich in the way that they stand out ever so slightly from his pelt, yet just quite failing to be striking enough to draw attention- just the same, thin scars and discolorations scatter his skin, hidden behind thick fur and invisible to the uninquisitive eye.
Strengths: Endurance | Highly developed gross motor skills | Practical skills (Relatively good sense of navigation, survival skills, identification skills)
Weaknesses: Low agility/running skill | Struggles with isolation | Claustrophobic
Relationship(s): Eldest brother of six, few and far-between friends from his public school. Never quite bonded with those outside of his family due to living outside of his (already quite small) town.
Romantic relationships are iffy and unlikely, especially at the age range of this group.Platonic relationships are absolutely a-ok, feel free to pm me if you want to plan anything ahead of time. :]
Other: Moose has quite a few hobbies such as tree climbing, guitar, and drawing- not that he has much time or material to practice anymore.
Moose’s main goal as of the start of the roleplay is to find a way to return to his siblings.
Moose was seemingly abducted in the middle of the night while ‘camping’ in his backyard with his siblings. Why just he was abducted is unknown, but for that he’s thankful in the least. | While not entirely sure how long he's been gone for, his best guess would be about a month. In all actuality, he's only been missing for a handfull of weeks, just shy of a month.

Name: Aurelian Rosaun

Gender: Male Appearance:
Aside from the fact that Aurelian is already slightly strange when it comes to appearances in coloring, this young man starts off by standing about 5'10" with room to grow. He is going to be an absolute mountain of a man without a doubt. He's got broad shoulders that still need to be filled out a bit but he has a powerful stance at the least. His eyes are a warm sunshine golden color--almost a yellow sort of vibe from his canine form. His hair, similarly, is a light cream with darker locks interspersed into them. He did at least do some sports--Football and Basketball. He has a letterman's jacket with his school colors--a pale orange and a dark black-brown. That is his favorite jacket and he will fight you for it. That jacket is his tie to his old life. But, figuring he would stick with the same style, he bought himself a pair of saddleback shoes (just like Elvis had!) with his own money he had earned from a small job at a diner. His skin is a warm almost Olive color that contrasts his pale hair and eyes.
 As a wolf, however, he is sturdy. He's not as agile or as fast but he's got some good build still to go. His creamy fur is contrasted starkly by dark dun coloring.
 Personality:
You'd best be prepared for an absolute mess of a person. Worse than a melon cross pollinating with a bell pepper, let me tell you. Aurelian is initially a very confident person. Confident in himself, he really does believe that he is all that and a bag of chips and that everybody also thinks he's all that jazz. It often leads to him being a touch judgmental when others don't or act in a way he doesn't understand. Rather than address this, he absolutely will just rib and poke fun at them instead of address his own issues. He will not take anything seriously at all and will try and keep a light tone with everything that comes his way. Despite that, he is at least optimistic about the goals he has, even if they're... far away. Under that whole mess is another mess. Aurelian doesn't talk much about his past and even if he does, it's a rather poetic and cryptic revelation. A lot of why he acts the way he does... well... it's defined by his past and he's just afraid of being hurt. He figures if he keeps everyone at an arm's distance, they can't hurt him and he can't really hurt them since they're not attached. Strengths:
Strength. I mean, he's got a good build to fill into. He's quick to think up a plan. Is it a good plan? Eh, that could be debated but he's quick to think and plan. Loyalty. That's also a weakness. Weaknesses:
Agility. You can and will break his ankles quickly. It's a little sad.
Wisdom. While he might have quick thinking, it is almost always not a great plan. But hey, he thought of it.
Loyalty. Even if he doesn't particularly like them, as long as they haven't completely pissed him off... he absolutely will throw himself in the face of danger to save someone else. He's... yeah. He's something else. Other:
All of the art is done by me? I mean, it's on the image but it's there. Time-wise in the sense of "how long ago was it?" Well, he thought he was signing up for a sports camp. He was, in fact, wrong. This was about two or three months ago. Which, figures. |
