Austur listened to people talk. 'Hoo-mans' were nothing of his concern. He instead looked around them his eyes training on a tree. Duscretely as possible, he slipped away and scurried towards it. He leaned in and breathed in the calming, earthy smell. Tensing, he jumped up and dug his claws into the bark of the tree. He dragged himself upward, digging his back claws into the bark as well. He repeated the jump, grab push movement over and over again until he got 1/3 up the giant tree. He clambered onto the branch nearest by and placed his paws carefully on the rough bark. "I really and like a cat..." He said wistfully, sitting down slowly and looking out at the scene before him.

"For goodness sakes Austur! get down from the tree! this is important!" she growled without looking at him. "Do you want to go, or stay here and risk being killed by humans? You can find new trees to....... cuddle with soon."

Austur gritted his teeth. " You can find new trees to cuddle with!" He said. He really, really didn't want to leave the tree. He dug his claws into the bark and slid down despite himself, walking over to his older sister, completely ignoring his mom. He listened intently this time, leaning into his sisters fur.

He continued to ignore his mother. He let out a small whimper. He was just a pup, its not fair to him. I bet hoomans dont go over plans with their hooman cubs. In fact, he had seen something while his mother was yelling at him. Not that she needed to knwo that.

Here is the formation weakest in the front so they are sacrificed first mothers and pups in the middle Alphas at the back with the fighters. Let's go."

"Hey, wait!" Austur said. "Why are you putting pups in the front?" He questioned. Those are children for furs sake.
