I use Make Friends on any of my wolves that are not excellent. But if I breed any of my excellent rated wolves to an OK/Bad/Very Bad, the pups will be OK or Good.

I've never understood exactly what heavy weight is or means, or lightweight. What is the maximum weight of a lightweight and the minimum weight of a heavyweight? Also, how does it make any difference in the wolves?

Heavier wolves deal a little more damage than lighter wolves, but have a slight decrease in agility. Lighter wolves have a slight increase in agility but deal a little bit less damage than heavier wolves.

Here is a chart:
75-90 +5 Agility -5 Damage
90-110 +2 Agility -2 Damage
110-130 -2 Agility +2 Damage
130-150 -5 Agility +5 Damage

Another tip: HW explore wolves are much more preferred than LW, average weight (120-130) are ok not loved but ok

Saying the weight damage/agility effect only applies in explore.
In PvP all wolves hit the same regardless of their weight.
