Work on two layers (: if your not already.

lineart on top, coloring below. If you Change the refrence layer on bucket to the lineart, fill should still work(:

and blur the blood(:

overall, pretty nice ^^ good job

I don't know a lot about art but I really like it! In my opinion I think a little bit more detail on the blood around the mouth would be nice :)
