Bow, if anyone remembers my style/art crisis god knows how many pages ago.. that good 900 word ramble [Back on page 138!]. I'm finally coming out of the far side of that.
I've spent some time recently trying to work out what direction I want to go in and what an ideal art style looks like for me. This includes doing some art analyses of artists/images I like and a bunch of other stuf,,
After mulling over it for a few weeks I finally felt ready to take the first few steps to prototype my new art style :]

Here's some brushes I made to make that easier!


Here's attempt one that went uh,, okay! :0 I couldn't find a comfortable position to draw in so it's pretty rushed.



Annnd here's a human version. I'm super pleased with how this turned out and it makes me very excited to draw. I don't know how easily I'll be able to replicate this, though,,

Working on my last raffle piece, here's the entire process so far!
Well, sorta. Missing a few steeps here and there haha. Still got a lot of refinement/detailing to do on the background and foreground elements - I'll finish painting/lighting/detailing on the character once the background is done! :D

Believe it or not I thought I'd be finished today but in fact all I've done is a minute amount more grass LMAO.
