Hes like Valente but a lot more sociable and friendly even with strangers

It's up the vampires mainly

Blood-Gifters, as mentioned before, are humans who offer their blood. Some vampires don't mind sharing them, but others tend to grow fond of them or their blood and decided to keep them to themselves

anyone can rent them but some vampires will pay to house them if they like the taste of their blood (or will just force them sometimes)

In this one medieval RP, the royals and knights were overprotective as fuck with Basil
When one of my characters attacked him, they were livid and wanted blood
