I’m at my grandparents house in the countryside, visiting. I live on the other side of the bay. Last week I heard green tree frogs calling. I could hear them through the window and over my tv, they were that loud.

Me and my mother were coming home and we drove past a pond. They were so loud. The reeds and trees blcomed the sound in certain spots so we didn't know the first time we heard them since it was very brief, but the second was longer lol.

I am.

Went to bootcamp in June of 2021, graduated August of 2021 and then had two different schools to go to (for my rate/job) until February of 2022 and I got to my command/ship in March of 2022. I've been here with 'em since then and we're doing some small underways to prepare for deployment later this year. These little underways are done to show big Navy (aka the top dogs in charge of us) that we're ready to go out and do what Aircraft Carriers do. c:
