Ehh I'm not a fan of picrew honestly.
You could also use Hero Forge. It's a site where you can design your own D&D minis, I use it when designing some of my characters. I even used it to help design Ariadne |

Im not sure my boy is even qualified enough to call himself a sailor but he's really fast at climbing the rope ladder thing to the crows nest and he's got like no fear for his own safety so he's down to do literally anything. Also again weirdly knowledgeable about random topics |
