I know they asked what was going on a couple days ago but after being updated they dipped again, I told them the option was open for them to make a new character with the stipulation they worked on being more present.

one of the three people that got booted today didnt get that option because i had actually given them a warning and therefore an opportunity to fix it and they still didnt jump in
