It would be perfect if #2 and #3 were merged, so 50 steps increased chance to find quest NPCs.

Wolf scent tracking is impossible to fail already with maxed stealth, and predators are already set and loaded in at the start of the map. This would leave just increasing the chance of encountering prey. The issue with this is that you don't know if you are getting something like squirrels who aren't worth much. This why I ended up voting for #3.

Why would you pass up an opportunity to make Gullin's quests less rage inducing? Where are all of the Yell at Gullin people xD
