Esmeray walked into the room just in time to see her henchwolves snapping at each other. "Quiet! I'm not going to kill anyone, not yet. Our plan didn't work perfectly, but there's a new chance, as the feast continues, and the kingdom grieves."

He just had enough of this and lunged at Cauldron and claws at his muzzle. And then went for the right side. "Your treating me like I'm a pup!" He growled.

Cauldron smiled as she said it. He was proud that he killed the King's brother. He sneered at Bloodclaw, raising his tail. "We will get them this time. Even though they will be on higher alert." He looked into Esmerray's eyes. He had a deep crush on her for along time. "Esmerray, can I talk to you, privately?" He asked.

Esmeray narrowed her eyes suspiciously at Cauldron, but nodded, and swishing her tail, sat. "Where would you like to speak? Here? We can remove Bloodclaw."

Cauldron nodded. "Yes Esmerray." He was starting to get nervous, he hoped that she wouldnt reject him. Her old mate had left, and he had hoped that he would be her new one.

Esmeray growled at BloodClaw, and sent him from the room. She slowly blinked her bright yellow eyes, and folded her wings behind her. "Now Cauldron, you had better not be abandoning the quest."

„I won't fail you again we will get the pups back!„ He said in his mind as he stretches his paws out. And waits until Esmeray growls at him and went to his room.

"No I would never abandon the quest." He said, but then got worried. "For a long time I... I have had a crush on you and I.. I wanted to ask if.. if you would be my mate?" He asked looking in her bright yellow eyes.

Esmeray blinked in surprise. A million thoughts raced through her mind, from the fact that she thought Cauldron handsome, to the thought of her old mate, Paxton. What would he think? She shoved all those thoughts away. She would need a mate for her time as queen, and since her shrimpy, lousy daughter had disappeared, she'd need pups to carry on her legacy. She dipped her head. "Yes. I will be your mate."

Cauldron wagged his tail. He hadnt thought he had a chance. He flapped his wings and his tounge lolled. "Oh thank you." He said. He didint want to ask the pup questions. He thought once he got the Royal pups that they would have their own.
