It's basically like HH but a little bit better with the chance to hit twice instead of once
plus the extra 50 battle you get from it.

Depending on your device and what you prefer some apps are;
Medibang
Fire Aplaca
Autodesk Sketchbook Pro (personally this is what I use the most)

I recommend MediBang, I use it and it works great! Plus, it's free.
