A lot of the ingredients are in your market den.
If you have them up for sale you can't give them to the witch

We can see your market den via the link on your den page, so a picture isn't necessary.
You can remove items from your market den when you explore, then put them back up if you wish. Might be easier to just bury the three items until the witch takes them.
