Yes, you can breed a wolf with the Infatuation boost anytime. You have to wait until the next wolf party event for a first generation one, though

On another note, here's my bio gifs at the moment. I need to get rid of the shadows, I apparently thought the bio was that same creamy color as the ghosts ;-;
