Ok, so what box breathing is, is breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, out for 4 seconds hold for 4 seconds. Repeat as needed. I would like you to ask to go to the bathroom and try box breathing on your way there. Then you get there, get a paper towel of possible and run it under cold water. Place that on your face and the back of your neck. That should help

hey, so a good minute ago i had an account here [think a couple years ago] and remember making mad mush off of adoptables

i have these adoptable linearts, appropriately watermarked and now branded with a mark. how much should i charge for these?

i would probably say premades go for 500 mush-2 apples and customs start at 1 apple and go up depending on complexity
