| Ok, so what box breathing is, is breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds, out for 4 seconds hold for 4 seconds. Repeat as needed. I would like you to ask to go to the bathroom and try box breathing on your way there. Then you get there, get a paper towel of possible and run it under cold water. Place that on your face and the back of your neck. That should help |
