Best chance for breeding fallows is to breed LF x LF or DF x DF but even than I think its only a 15-25% chance of breeding one. they can also be bred randomly

I understood the idea of a neutral as a wolf with most vitals as + but there is a 0 for one, so he or she is a neutral.
