This fucking dog just woke me up yapping like she had to go outside so when I got ready and brought her she wouldn't go to the bathroom and had to bring her in and I wanted to put her back in her cage but I couldn't so I left her out and now she still won't shut up (I'm GT) it's way too early for me to be awake right now

Quick question concerning an art rule.

I know the rule that art with characters from shows, movies, etc. are not allowed. However, I have a weird question: is it ok to draw & post ponies that are drawn in a similar fashion to the MLP: FiM shhow (cutie marks and all), or would that count as fandom art?

All characters drawn would be my own original characters, and not show characters at all. They would also be all my own designs (or the designs of other people if I did an art shop).

Here's an example of what I'm talking about, with an incomplete drawing done by myself

Yes. That would be considered fandom art, especially since cutie marks are copyrighted to hasbro and the creators of my little pony franchise.
Using your own fan made characters would pretty much be the definition of fandom art, as fandom covers both characters from the actual story and fan made characters
